Working Group "Conformance Testing"

• scope of the conformance test and test level steps
• development of a legal framework
• selection criteria of prospective providers of the conformance testing tool
• definition of criteria for self-testing by implementers of the COSEM specification
• setting up rules for operating the conformance testing scheme
• definition of criteria for self certification
• technical consultation with a possible subcontractor
• feedback of experience during the development of conformance testing
• and test campaigns to DLMS UA and international standardisation.

The WG "Conformance Testing" was disbanded at the DLMS UA Management Committee Meeting of 1 Oct. 2002 after the General Meeting in Amsterdam. The WG CT work has led to the Conformance Test Tool and procedures, which are commercially available now. The WG CT was disbanded with thanks to the convenor and all members for the work they have done.
