03-4 Compliant meters
Since the publication of the DLMS/COSEM specification in the IEC 62056 series of international standards, and since the first meter and data collection system implementations have hit the market, there is a growing interest in many countries and utilities. To date, DLMS/COSEM has been implemented in 6 meter types by 5 manufacturers and in 5 data collection systems. The table below lists the meters having passed the DLMS Conformance test.

From Actaris Metering Systems two DLMS/COSEM compliant meter types are available:The SL7000 Smart is intended for C&I applications, andThe ACE 5000 is intended for residential to light industrial applications.
The RTUV2 is a pulse concentrator from Energy ICT/Belgium.
It also acts as a protocol converter, allowing reading IEC 61107
based meters as DLMS/COSEM meters.
The E600 from Enermet OY, intended for residential to C&I applications is the first meter type supporting both SN and LN referencing. This demonstrates the value of the COSEM interface model in bringing interoperability.
The ZMD 310/400CT meter from Siemens /Landis+Gyr,
intended for C&I applications has been tested with several
firmware versions.
… finally, ISKRAEMECO will launch soon two meter types, the single phase ME 351 and and the polyphase MT 351.
Many others manufacturers, members of the DLMS UA are known to be working on new meter types based on DLMS/COSEM.
Not only meters manufacturers, but also system providers started to release products, as data collection software, software modules, development tools etc. The table below indicates which system is supporting which meters.
